These heaters are mainly used in machining equipment such as injection and extrusion moulding machines.They are manufactured with either mica or ceramic insulation – depending on the surface load required.The housing is made from stainless steel sheet. The heaters are manufactured on request.

- Diameters: 40 mm to 400 mm
- Width: 20 mm to 200 mm
- Electrical connections (as per customer’s requirements): “iron” type connector, ceramic socket, screw terminal, NVS cables (insulation to 400°C) of various length (standard length = 200 mm)
Mica clamp heaters are used to evenly heat oval surfaces.
The heating element is made of Kanthal wire in a mica insulation. The entire element is encased by stainless steel sheet. Dimensions vary as per customer’s requirements.
