BGT 3/2″ general characteristics:

  • working environment: water
  • electrical connection: 3-phase cable.
  • supply voltage: 400 V.
  • power:  4.0–15.0 kW (depending on the requirements and vessel type/size)
  • operating temperature:      adjustable up to 85OC
  • thermal protection after 90OC is exceeded
  • fastening method: R 3/2″ orifice

Material characteristics:

  • heater protective tube: AISI 316L steel
  • 3/2″ orifice: brass
  • control system incorporated in an ABS type housing (IP67 protection level) and attached to the orifice.
  • temperature regulator: Double capillary thermostat with a thermal protection.

BGT 3/2″ heating batteries are designed to be used in water heater exchangers with 3/2″ connectors. They are equipped with a control system basing on double capillary thermostat with thermal protection. The temperature can be adjusted up to 80oC. After the temperature of 85oC is exceeded, thermal switch activates. If it activates, the heating battery can be switched on again after “resetting” the thermal switch (pressing the “safety” button on the thermostat’s rear panel).

Flanged immersion heaters

Material characteristics:

  • temperature regulator: Double capillary thermostat with a thermal protection.

Heating batteries are installed on flanges provided by customers. The flange diameter should not be smaller than 290/210 mm. Flange with enamel surface, installed in the inside of the vessel.

Heating batteries power: 12.0 to 36.0 kW/400 V

The battery set comprises, apart from the ordered heating elements, a control system with a temperature regulator, a power supply cable and a 5-pin 3-phase plug.
